Premium correction applied
Hero scale, dark command shell, mobile navigation density, ticker scrollbar visibility, card contrast and core page background consistency were corrected.
Manual review still needed
Real-device scrolling, keyboard focus, reduced motion, touch interaction and final art-direction review remain required before any commit or release work.
Mobile console prepared
The installable mobile console, PWA readiness checklist, manifest metadata, offline fallback and service-worker public cache list were updated.

No commit, push or deploy
Phase 26 is a static prototype QA pass only. No staging, commit, push, deploy, checkout activation or provider connection is allowed.
Release stance
The current surface can be reviewed as a static premium prototype. A future commit should remain scoped, exclude generated output and wait for manual browser/mobile QA results.
